Follow a step-by-step development track with team guidance
Choose your hours—part-time or full-time flexibility available
What’s Included:
Full onboarding, licensing support, and team mentorship

Weekly development calls and live support
Remote structure with performance-based growth
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Live in the Midwest and want a flexible, remote role
Are curious, coachable, and people-focused
Value purpose and growth over pressure or cold calls
Want a long-term, ethical career path in finance
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18+ with a valid U.S. Social Security Number
Must live in the Midwest (OH, MI, IL, WI, IN, IA, MN, MO, KS, NE, SD, ND)
Must pass a background check (no felonies)
Willing to complete a state certification process (we help with that)
This is a purpose-driven, entry-level financial role for Midwest residents—built for growth, not a sales hustle.
